Nine markets.
Nine people to build them.

We are opening BESS Energy-as-a-Service in nine European markets. Each one needs someone who already knows the installers, the EPCs and the industrial buyers — and who wants to build a business rather than administer one.

Why the role is real

You are not selling a box

Under Energy-as-a-Service, CROSTORION finances the battery and keeps ownership of it. The industrial client puts in nothing up front, and the value created — energy cost savings, peak shaving, trading, flexibility — is shared. That changes the conversation you are having.

  • No CAPEX objection — the most common reason a storage project dies is not on the table.
  • Partners keep their work — whoever introduces the client is offered the installation and engineering scope back.
  • A licence behind the offer — we hold our own electricity-trading licence, so the market layer is ours to sell, not a promise.
  • Hardware that exists — five storage classes, in production, with references you can show.
Open roles

Nine positions, one profile

The same role in each market: build the partner network, develop industrial projects, and grow into leading the country operation. Pay is published here because you should not have to ask.

How we work

Results, not hours at a desk

Hybrid or fully remote, whichever suits the market and you. Nobody counts your hours. What we look at is the pipeline you can show and the partners who take your calls.

You organise your own week. We expect regular travel inside your market to meet installers, EPCs and industrial clients — this is a job built on being in the room.

  • Six-month runway — a fixed base while you build the pipeline, reviewed at month six.
  • Uncapped commission — it continues after promotion; the ceiling does not move down when you move up.
  • A country to own — the goal is that you lead the operation you built.
The engineering behind it

What you would be selling

Engineers build and support the whole lifecycle in house — hardware, firmware, EMS software, AI/ML and power electronics. Nothing in the stack is subcontracted, and nothing in the software layer is licensed in.

Layer 1

Device control

Modbus and CAN to the BMS and PCS, safety interlocks, SCADA state view.

Layer 2

Site optimisation

Billing peak power, off-peak/peak arbitrage, charging from PV surplus, load forecasting.

Layer 3

Portfolio & market

Day-ahead optimisation, aggregation of many sites into one resource, balancing group, aFRR and mFRR.

If you want to understand the product before you talk to us, the platform section is the honest version — including which market services are live and which are still in preparation.
