Both routes use the same contracts and the same operating platform. What differs is which side of the asset you hold.
Installers and EPCs
You have the customer relationships and the electrical works. We supply the equipment, the EMS and the market layer, and the customer signs one contract.
Asset investors
You fund equipment across a portfolio of sites rather than a single asset. We originate, install, operate and settle.
Distribution partners
For markets where we do not yet have a local team, a partner carries the commercial relationship and we carry the technology and the licence.
A clear split, written into the contract
CROSTORION carries the equipment specification, the EMS and optimiser, the market licence and balancing group, remote monitoring, and the service obligation to the end customer.
The partner carries the site pipeline or the capital, and — where relevant — the local electrical works and the first-line customer relationship.
