CROSTORION
ESS 2750 & ESS 5015

Containerised battery energy storage in a standard six-metre shipping container — 2.75 or 5 MWh per container, engineered for renewables, grid services and black start.

The product

Grid-scale capacity in a six-metre container

Fully integrated systems — LiFePO₄ cells, liquid cooling, BMS, fire suppression and controls — delivered as a container and commissioned onto the platform.

Used for solar and wind firming, peak shaving and valley filling, frequency regulation, microgrids and backup. Scales by paralleling containers on a common DC busbar through a centralised PCS and step-up transformer — a 100 MWh plant is twenty ESS 5015 units.

Scaling up

From one container to a 100 MWh plant

Containers parallel on a standardised DC busbar into a centralised PCS and a dedicated step-up transformer, run by one EMS. Twenty ESS 5015 units make a 100 MWh installation — sized for large wind and solar portfolios.

  • Standard container logistics — ISO land and sea transport standards, under 15 m² of footprint per unit.
  • One EMS across the plant — BMS, PCS, PV, wind and gensets integrated under a single platform.
